Gets or sets the mouse cursor to be used when the mouse is used for zoom in/out, but the zoom in/out limits has been reached.

Please refer to ChartViewer.MousePointer for a list of built-in mouse pointers. If the mouse pointer is set to cvCustom, the icon as specified in ChartViewer.ZoomInMouseIcon will be used as the mouse pointer.
