Ensures the viewport left, top, width and height are within valid ranges and adjusts them if necessary.

The valid ranges of the viewport width and height should be 0 to 1. The viewport left should be in between 0 and (1 - viewport width). The viewport top should be in between 0 and (1 - viewport height).
