Note for EU VAT:
If you are in an European Union (EU) country, note that EU imposes a VAT for international
consumer purchases. If you are not in Germany, you may avoid the VAT by entering a company
name and a
valid VAT ID
in the purchase form. Your purchase will then be regarded as a business purchase and no VAT
will be charged.
If you are in Germany, because our e-commerce provider ShareIt is also in Germany, your
purchase will be considered as a local purchase and will be subjected to German VAT. To
avoid the VAT, you may purchase through our alternative e-commerce provider FastSpring, which
is a US based company. In the purchase form, please enter a company name and a
valid VAT ID. Your
purchase will then be regarded as an international business purchase and no VAT will be

Delivery and Lead Time
When you purchase ChartDirector, we will deliver the followings:

A license key will be delivered to you by email. The email will typically be sent within
24 hours of order confirmation.

For documentation purpose, we will also deliver a license certificate that contains the
same license key and other registration details to you by email. This will occur within
one business day after delivering the license key.
